Anthony Johnston Anthony Johnston, B.A., L.L.B., Executive Chairman

Anthony Johnston holds a range of directorships in transport, logistics, finance and waste management businesses in Australia and the United Kingdom and has over 10 years experience in tendering and securing long-term high value contracts from Australian state and local governments and “blue-chip” corporations operating locally and in the United Kingdom. A qualified lawyer, Anthony holds numerous related company directorships in Australia and overseas.

 Patrick Handbury  Patrick Handbury, Dip.Fm.Mgt., Non-executive Director

Patrick (Paddy) Handbury holds a Diploma of Farm Management and is a prominent pastoralist and stockbreeder with extensive rural and property operations in Victoria and South Australian including the Collinsville Merino Stud. He is an experienced company director holding directorships of a number of unlisted public companies.

 Blake Ammit  Blake Ammit, Executive Director

Blake Ammit is presently managing Director of United Capital Finance Pty Limited and previously held senior roles in major financial institutions including former Divisional Director of Private Banking & Cash Management services for ABN AMRO Australian Limited, and former Head of Private Banking for the Colonial Group Limited.

Blake has extensive financial knowledge and experience from a wide range of managerial positions and directorships.
